When you purchase a website template from us, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the template for a single end product (one website for yourself or a client). This means:

Single-Use Restriction: Each purchase grants the right to create and deploy one website, whether for personal or commercial use. If you wish to use the same template for multiple websites or clients, you must purchase an additional license for each new project.

Customisation Allowed: You may modify the template to suit your needs or those of your client, but this does not give you ownership of the template itself. The modified template still falls under our intellectual property rights.

Resale & Redistribution Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the template, whether in its original or modified form.

Unauthorised Use: If we discover unauthorised use of our templates beyond the scope of the purchased license, we reserve the right to take legal action, including but not limited to financial damages or an injunction.
